At Paulelite, products are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Rajasthan, India. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.  All Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight , dimensions  and delivery location.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Delivery estimates will be provided to delivery timeline begin once your order has been processed and dispatched from our Rajasthan warehouse. 
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional transit days for delivery.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

paulelite not responsible for any customs duties  and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs,taxes, etc..)are the responsibility of the customer .
Damages
paulelite not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
